About these terms

These BizShip terms and conditions apply to your use of www.bizship.com and set out the general basis on which BizShip International (“BizShip”, “we”, “us”), 25-A, Main Boulevard, Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore 54000, Pakistan, works with buyers and factories. By using this website, you accept these terms.

Our services

BizShip is a textile buying and trading house. We help international buyers source textiles from factories in Pakistan, on a commission basis (the factory invoices the buyer directly) or on a single BizShip contract and invoice. We also offer a free supplier network for Pakistani factories, paid Export Readiness services, and import sourcing for businesses in Pakistan. The exact scope, price and responsibilities for each order or service are set out in the written quotation, proforma invoice or contract for that order, and those documents take priority over these general terms.

Website content

The information on this website, including product descriptions, specifications, typical weights, sizes, minimums and lead times, is general information, not an offer. Every specification, price, minimum quantity and lead time is confirmed in writing in your quotation. We work to keep the website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or always up to date.

Quotations and orders

  • A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
  • An order becomes binding only when it is confirmed in writing by both sides, for example a signed proforma invoice, contract or purchase order.
  • Payment terms, shipping terms (such as FOB, CFR or CIF) and delivery dates are those agreed in writing for each order.
  • Changes to an order after confirmation may change the price and the delivery date, and are agreed in writing.

Samples

Existing samples are free; the buyer covers the courier cost. Development and counter samples made to your specification are charged, and the cost is confirmed with your quotation. The approved sample becomes the standard for production and inspection.

Inspection and compliance

Our team inspects production against the approved sample and the agreed specification, using the AQL levels agreed for your order. Laboratory tests and certification are carried out by independent laboratories and certification bodies when agreed and paid for. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer is responsible for making sure the products meet the laws and standards of the market where they are sold.

Supplier network and Export Readiness

Registration in our supplier network is free and creates no obligation on either side. We review every registration and visit the factory before placing any order. Buying our Export Readiness services does not give any factory preference in our buyer sourcing. We are not a certification body or a law firm, and our services do not replace audits, certification or legal advice.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

We keep your designs, artwork, specifications and prices confidential and sign a mutual NDA on request. Your designs and logos remain yours, and you confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logos or characters you ask us to produce. The content of this website, including text, layout and our own photos, belongs to BizShip and may not be copied without our permission.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Our liability for an order or service is as set out in the written agreement for that order or service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction, unless a written agreement for an order or service says otherwise. We always aim to resolve any concern directly and quickly first, so please talk to us.
