Your approved sample and size chart become the standard. Our inspectors check production against them on the factory floor and again in the final AQL inspection, before anything is packed.

Minimum quantities
Minimums are usually set per style and color, with a size breakdown. Basics in standard fabrics start lower; custom fabrics, dyes and washes need larger quantities.

Existing samples are free; you cover the courier. Fit samples and pre-production samples to your tech pack are charged and confirmed with your quote.
Lead times
Confirmed with your quote, after fabric and fit approval. You get updates with photos during production.

What is the difference between knitted and woven garments?
Knitted fabrics are made of looped yarn and stretch, as in T-shirts, polos and fleece. Woven fabrics are made of crossed yarns and hold their shape, as in shirts, denim and trousers. Many factories specialize in one or the other, which is why we source them separately.
Do I need a tech pack?
A tech pack with your measurements, fabrics and trims gives the best result. If you only have a sample, the factory can develop a pattern and size chart from it, and you approve a fit sample before production.
Which certifications can the factories provide?
It depends on the factory. Some hold product certifications such as OEKO-TEX or GOTS, or social compliance audits such as WRAP. We share the certificates and reports that cover your order with your quote.
