Your approved sample becomes the standard. Our inspectors check production against it on the factory floor and again in the final AQL inspection, before anything is packed for shipment.

Minimums depend on the item and the factory. Standard white qualities start lower; custom colors, prints and special sizes need larger quantities.

Existing qualities are sampled free; you cover the courier. Developed samples in your colors or sizes are charged and confirmed with your quote.
Lead times
Confirmed with your quote, based on the item, the quantity and the factory’s schedule. You get updates with photos during production.

Is BizShip a hospital linen supplier or a manufacturer?
BizShip is a textile buying house and your hospital linen supplier on the buyer’s side. We work with vetted factories in Pakistan, choose the right one for each item, and manage samples, production and inspection for you.
Do you supply surgical gowns or sterile products?
No. Surgical gowns, drapes and other sterile or single-use products are medical devices under rules such as the EU Medical Device Regulation, and need certified manufacturers. We supply reusable ward, patient and staff textiles only.
Will the linen survive hospital laundry?
We choose fabrics, dyes and constructions for repeated industrial washing at high temperatures. On request, shrinkage and colorfastness are tested at an independent laboratory before production.
Can items be color-coded by ward or size?
Yes. Colored fabrics, borders, hems, labels or size markings can be used so your teams and your laundry can sort items quickly.
