Minimum quantities
Minimums depend on the item, the fabric and the branding. Woven logos and custom colors need larger quantities than printing on standard fabric.

Existing samples are free; you cover the courier. Pre-production samples with your logo are charged and confirmed with your quote.

Planned back from your event date and confirmed with your quote. If a date cannot be met safely, we tell you before you order.

Can you meet a fixed event date?
Tell us your in-hands date with your first message. We plan every step back from it and confirm a timeline with your quote. If the date is too tight for sea freight, we quote air freight, and if it cannot be met safely, we say so.
What is the minimum for a logo order?
It depends on the item and the branding method. Printing on standard fabric usually allows smaller runs than woven logos or custom-dyed colors. We confirm the minimum for your item with your quote.
Are printed items safe for the EU market?
Textiles sold in the EU must meet the chemical restrictions of EU REACH, which also apply to dyes and print inks. On request, we arrange testing at an independent laboratory before shipment.
