About BizShip

What is BizShip International?

BizShip International is a textile buying and trading house in Lahore, Pakistan, working for international buyers since 2000. We find the right factory for your product, manage samples and production, and inspect every order with our own team before it ships.

No, and that is deliberate. We do not own factories, so we can choose the one that fits each product, quantity and quality level, and we stay on your side if anything goes wrong with an order.

Importers, wholesalers and distributors, hotel supply and linen rental companies, hotel procurement teams, promotional product distributors, corporate gift agencies, and brands and retailers buying under their own label.

We serve buyers in the United Kingdom, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe and the United States, and we work with buyers in other markets on request.

Yes. Our office is on the second floor at 25-A, Main Boulevard, Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore, and visits are by appointment. When you are in Pakistan, we can arrange factory visits and come with you.

Our sourcing for international buyers is from Pakistan, where we know the mills and makers personally. If you are considering another origin, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Buying through BizShip

What are the two ways to buy through BizShip?

On the commission model, you buy directly from the factory, which invoices you, and BizShip invoices its buying commission separately. On the trading model, you sign one contract with BizShip and receive one BizShip invoice. The factories, the quality standard and the inspection are the same either way.

We find and qualify the factory, negotiate for you, manage samples and production and inspect the goods. The factory invoices you at its net price and you pay the factory directly. Our commission is set out in a written buying agreement and invoiced separately, so you always see the factory price.

BizShip contracts with you as the seller and manages the factory side. You receive one contract, one invoice and one set of shipping documents from BizShip. It suits buyers who want a single accountable supplier, or who pay by letter of credit, including transferable LC.

The commission model usually suits experienced importers who want full price transparency and a direct relationship with the factory. The trading model suits buyers who prefer one supplier, one invoice and one point of responsibility. We explain both with your quote, and you can choose differently for later orders.

It depends on the product, the order value and the services you need, and it is set out in the buying agreement before you commit to anything. On the commission model you see the factory price and our commission separately.

In most major markets, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the GCC countries, a genuine buying commission that is invoiced separately is generally not included in the customs value under WTO valuation rules. Rules and documents vary, so please confirm with your customs broker before you rely on it.

Products and samples

Which products can you supply?

Five product families: textiles (home, kitchen, hospitality, hospital and healthcare, and promotional), towels and bathrobes, cotton and non-woven bags, knitted and woven garments, and work wear, including uniforms and work gloves. If your product is not listed, ask us.

Yes. Our partner factories produce to your specification, with your labels, hangtags, packaging and branding.

Minimums depend on the product, its construction and the factory’s capacity, so we confirm them with every quote. Trial orders are welcome on standard constructions at factory minimums. Custom development, special fabrics or unusual finishes need full program quantities.

Yes. Existing samples are free; you cover the courier cost by sharing your courier account number or paying it in advance. Custom development samples are charged. Sample terms are confirmed with your quote.

Yes. Send us your sample, tech pack or specification and we will have a counter sample made for your approval. Once you approve it, that sample becomes the standard for production.

Certifications vary by factory and product. We share the certificates and test reports that apply to your order with every quote, so you see exactly what covers your goods.

Yes. On request, we arrange testing at an independent accredited laboratory, for example for colorfastness, shrinkage or fabric weight. Testing costs are agreed with your quote.

Quality and inspection

How do you control quality?

Your approved sample is the standard. We check trims and labels before bulk production, follow production on the factory floor and send you updates with photos, then carry out a final inspection before shipment. Our own staff and inspectors do this work, not an outside agency.

Final inspections use AQL sampling under ISO 2859-1. Our default is General Inspection Level II, with AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects, and you can set a different level for your order.

Yes. You receive the final inspection report with photos before the goods are shipped, so you can see what was checked and the result.

The goods are not released for shipment. The factory reworks or replaces the defective goods and we inspect again before shipping. We agree the next steps with you before anything moves.

Yes. If you work with an inspection agency, we coordinate dates and access with the factory, and we share our own report as well.

Production and shipping

How long does production take?

Lead times depend on the product, the quantity and the factory’s schedule when you order. We confirm a production and shipping timeline with your quote, and send you updates with photos while your order is in production.

We send updates with photos at least once a week on every active order, and tell you straight away if anything affects your delivery date.

By sea: FOB, CFR and CIF. By air: FCA, CPT and CIP. DAP is available on request. We explain what each term covers when we send your quote.

Yes. You can nominate your own forwarder, or we can arrange shipment through forwarders we work with. Sea freight usually leaves from Karachi, and air freight from Lahore or Karachi.

The commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill, plus a certificate of origin and any other documents your market or letter of credit requires, such as inspection or test certificates.

Payment and getting started

How do I pay?

It depends on how you buy. On the commission model you pay the factory directly, by LC or bank transfer, and BizShip invoices its commission separately. On the trading model you pay BizShip, by LC (including transferable LC) or bank transfer. Terms are agreed per program.

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs on request, before you share designs, artwork or pricing. Your designs, logos and specifications are never shown to other buyers or reused for other programs.

Send us your brief through the quote form, by email or on WhatsApp: the product, specification, quantity, target price and delivery date. We reply within one business day with questions or a first view, then a quotation with the proposed factory’s certificates.

We are in Lahore, Pakistan, and work in English. Our office hours are 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday, Pakistan time (GMT+5), which covers the working day in the Gulf, the UK and Europe. We reply to every inquiry within one business day. Email info@BizShip.com or WhatsApp +92 300 965 4787.
